Main Responsibilities:

Provide a high level of customer service to clients – advice on course selection, first aid products, defibrillators, and health & safety legislation

Reconcile payment information appropriately and maintain accurate records in SJA Alliance data base

Process course registrations, certificates, ensure invoices are generated and distributed

Process incoming telephone calls, faxes, e-mails, and walk-ins

Manage the renewal program

Provide administrative marketing support to the Branch –events as workshops, presentations

Liaise with instructors, staff, and community service volunteers

Other duties as requested by the Branch Manager

 

Job Requirements:

Office Administration experience, minimum 3-5 years

Current word processing, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Experience with volunteer and program support

Solid organizational skills and interpersonal abilities

Ability to prioritize and schedule multiple tasks and respond to changing priorities

Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Able to meet deadlines and multi-task in a busy environment

Experience with reconciliation of daily accounting, and accounts receivable management

Experience with Web base software

CRM software experience an asset

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Sitting, standing and minimal lifting required

 

Education Required:  Diploma in Office Administration or Executive Administration

 

Number of Years of Previous Experience Required: 3-5 minimum
