|Job Description||Position Overview: The Client Happiness Manager will be the first point of contact and will represent the brand. Each and every client who contacts us is important to us. We are looking for a passionate and caring individual to respond to inquiries by prospective clients via phone, email and social media. The intake process requires the ability to understand the client’s challenges, answer their questions and educate them on how our services can help them. The Client Happiness Manager will also determine whether our services are appropriate and sell initial coaching sessions to the right clients. This role involves follow up with prospective clients (according to our sales guidelines). The Client Happiness Manager will document all activities in Client Relations Management database.
1. Provide exceptional customer service and conduct intake. Respond quickly to phone, email and social media inquiries by prospective clients. Assess prospective client’s needs and authentically engage with their situation. Confidently communicate the value of our career counseling services. Strong capacity to educate clients about how career services can help them. Sell initial coaching session with our coaches, when appropriate. Consistent follow-up with prospective clients who do not purchase coaching, according to our sales guidelines.
2. Maintain records and information. This is a virtual role. The candidate must be adept at using technology (various software applications) for communications and record-keeping. Conduct detailed and timely record-keeping within CRM. Manage calendars of associate coaches. Contribute ideas to sales process and feedback about how systems can be improved.
3. Support the Coaches and Founder Provide administrative support, as needed. Conduct research Support to create and/or curate valuable career development or life coaching related content for our audience. Provide suggestions and execute lead generation activities. Participate in relationship building with organizations and business partners.
Experience: 2+ years in a client services role. Experience in career development, career counseling employment counseling or coaching is required. Experienced and effective in inside sales with proven persuasion skills (able to overcome objections, find and address root cause of why clients are not purchasing service).
Education & Knowledge: Education and knowledge in the following areas are an asset: Career development, Career coaching, Career counselling. Sales, Customer service and satisfaction.

Other Considerations: You will be working from your own home or office and need to excel in a virtual role. A quiet environment is expected while communicating with prospects or clients. This job offers a flexible work schedule that can be negotiated. 4 hours per day is required each weekday and at least 2 evenings/week. You will be a valued part of the team and attend virtual team meetings approx. 2 times a month. Opportunities for learning and development available as you master the role.
This is a self-employed position; you will submit your hours bi-weekly in order to receive payment and there may be room for additional hours as company grows. We would like a candidate who can grow with the company’s needs.
