Part time (20 hours per week) Administrative/General Office Assistant is required for an Oshawa non profit action organization. The admin assistant will be assisting employees with general office duties. Must have strong knowledge of Windows applications and databases. The assitant will be responsilbe for ordering supplies and front desk reception including greeting customers, answering inquiries in person and over the phone. Light book keeping experience is an asset.

The position is temporary with an expected end date of Sept 2018, with a possible extention. Hours of work will be Monday – Friday, 11am-4pm or 12pm-5pm. Rate of Pay – $14.00 per hour.
